ONVIF Device Manager (ODM) is a free, open-source Windows application used to discover, configure, and manage network video transmitters, IP cameras, and NVRs within a CCTV system. It is widely considered the industry “gold standard” diagnostic tool for security professionals troubleshooting multi-brand IP surveillance environments.
