Boot Into Safe Mode: When you run amdcleanuputility.exe, it will prompt you to reboot into Windows Safe Mode. Select Yes; running it in Safe Mode is highly recommended to prevent other active background processes from blocking the cleanup.

Execute: Once in Safe Mode, a final prompt will ask you to confirm the cleanup. Click OK. Your monitor may briefly flicker or go completely black during this phase, which is standard behavior.
